Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by Clari Station. This right applies regardless of your location and is in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD.

You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:

• Email: send a deletion request to privacy@claristation.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
• Include in your request: the email address associated with your Clari Station account

We will verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

When your deletion request is processed, we will permanently remove:

• Your account profile information (name, email, password hash)
• All station responses and business diagnosis data
• AI coach conversation history
• Stored AI provider API keys
• Usage analytics linked to your account
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Certain information may be retained after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction records: payment history may be retained for tax and accounting compliance for up to 7 years
• Legal obligations: data required to comply with legal, regulatory, or court orders
• Anonymized data: aggregated, non-identifiable data that cannot be traced back to you may be retained for analytics purposes

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. If additional time is required, we will inform you of the reason and expected timeline.

After deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account.

If you accessed Clari Station through a social media platform (such as Meta/Facebook or Google), the data collected through those platforms' tracking pixels on our site is governed by the respective platform's data policy.

To request deletion of data held by these platforms:

• Meta (Facebook): visit your Facebook Settings > Your Facebook Information > Off-Facebook Activity to manage data connected to Clari Station
• Google: visit your Google Account > Data & Privacy > My Ad Center to manage ad personalization settings

Deleting your Clari Station account will stop any further data collection through these platforms on our service.

Please be aware that data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once completed:

• You will no longer be able to access your Clari Station account
• All diagnosis progress and station data will be lost
• AI coach conversation history will be permanently removed
• You will need to create a new account if you wish to use the service again
