• Business diagnosis data: your responses to station prompts and AI coach conversations
• Payment information: processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your credit card details
• AI API keys: if you connect your own AI provider, your key is encrypted at rest

We also collect information automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns
• Device information: browser type, operating system, and screen size
• Cookies and tracking technologies: see Section 4 below

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Clari Station service
• Process your transactions and send related notifications
• Deliver personalized AI-powered business diagnostics and coaching
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our product

We work with third-party advertising and analytics partners to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. These partners may collect information about your activity on our site through the following technologies:

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: tracks page views and conversion events to measure ad performance on Meta platforms. Meta may use this data in accordance with its own Data Policy.
• Google Ads (Google Tag): tracks conversions and site interactions for Google advertising campaigns. Google may use this data as described in its Privacy Policy.

These partners may use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from our site and use that information to provide measurement services and targeted advertising.

• AES-GCM encryption for stored API keys with PBKDF2 key derivation
• Secure authentication through industry-standard protocols
• Infrastructure hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: request deletion of your personal data (see our Data Deletion page)
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Opt-out of tracking: disable advertising cookies through your browser or platform settings
• Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. When you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and other countries where Cloudflare operates edge servers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Clari Station is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
