Clari Station is a web-based business diagnosis platform that helps founders identify bottlenecks and gain clarity on their next steps. The service includes structured station-based assessments, AI-powered coaching, diagnostic reports, and educational content.

To access certain features of the service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the AI coaching features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service without our written consent

Certain features of Clari Station require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge the payment method provided through our payment processor, Stripe
• Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region
• Subscriptions provide access to the features described at the time of purchase
• We do not offer automatic recurring billing — each purchase grants a defined access period

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service.

The Clari Station service, including its design, content, methodology, station frameworks, and software, is owned by Clari Station and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain ownership of the business data and responses you provide. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service to you.

AI-generated content: Outputs generated by the AI coaching features are provided for informational purposes. You may use AI-generated insights for your own business purposes, but the underlying AI models and prompts remain our intellectual property.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated business advice will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation
• Diagnostic results will lead to specific business outcomes

Clari Station provides business clarity tools, not professional consulting, legal, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for critical business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clari Station and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clari Station from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion process described on our Data Deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clari Station operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
