Posting cadence planner

What you actually have time to sustain. A weekly schedule that won't burn you out.

Platforms

What this tool does

Most posting schedules collapse for one of two reasons: they're too ambitious to sustain, or they're not ambitious enough to compound. The middle path is unromantic — three to five posts a week, mostly the same format, mostly the same platform — but it works for almost every solo professional on almost every platform.

How to use it

  1. Pick your goal: trust (slow burn, deep conversion), awareness (broad reach), or leads (direct response).
  2. Select your platforms.
  3. Tell us how many hours per week you can realistically spend on content.
  4. We output a weekly schedule that respects your bandwidth and hits your goal.

Why it matters

Consistency beats intensity for every solo account we've ever seen. Two well-edited posts a week, every week for six months, beats one viral post followed by three weeks of silence. The cadence you can sustain is more important than the cadence the gurus recommend.

Frequently asked

Questions people actually ask.

What if I miss a week?

Restart on the next slot, not the next day. Trying to 'catch up' creates a backlog that compounds and kills the habit. The schedule is a target, not a contract.

How long until I see results?

Most accounts see meaningful change at the 90-day mark of consistent posting. Some see it sooner; almost none see it in the first month. Plan for the long game.

Should I post the same content across all platforms?

Same idea, different format. The Reel works on Instagram; the same idea works as a thread on X, a carousel on LinkedIn, a story on TikTok. Repurposing is how a small team competes with a big one.
